Trial Credits

New accounts receive free trial credits. These credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plan payments are generally non-refundable. If you experienced a service issue that prevented you from using your credits, contact us and we will review your case.

Pay-as-you-go Top-ups

Unused credits from top-ups are non-refundable. If a technical error caused incorrect credit allocation, we will investigate and correct it.

When Refunds May Be Considered

• Extended service outage (>4 hours) that prevented usage
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Service discontinuation by Relay4AI
