Service Overview

Relay4AI provides an AI API relay service that allows developers to access multiple AI models through a unified API endpoint. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Do not share your API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Billing and Payments

Credits are consumed based on model usage. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for illegal activities
  • Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the system
  • Do not use the service to generate harmful, deceptive, or malicious content
  • Comply with the terms of upstream model providers

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers, network issues, or maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Relay4AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
